They will steadily raise your rent every 9 months so if you are going to be a long term customer like I have been, you might want to consider this. After being a loyal customer for nearly 4 years, it's time for me to move on. My next raise will put me at about double what it was when I moved in and what a new person will pay. No rewards for long term customers. It's all about raising the rates and running you out.

Jessica the manager of the extra space storage facility and her assistant Edward make me feel satisfied that I chose their storage facility. I'd like the way that my door swings open versus the rollup type door which they also have. I like the easy exit access to the keypad, which I just drive up to when I'm my storage unit. I look forward to construction of the easy access keypad when you enter into the facility. If I need to quench my thirst they have a water cooler that has chilled filtered water or hot filter water. The facility does have a private bathroom for your use however it's open during office hours only.

I relocated my office some time ago and found I had too much furniture. The new landlord was ok with having me store it in a vacant office. Recently the office I've been renting has had serious problems (no a/c, leaking roof, bad bathrooms, no room for expansion, etc.). Because it is a commercial lease; the landlord couldn't care less about the problems. So I rented a couple of units at ES and move my excess furniture there. Now, two months later I've found a great new location for my business. Moral of the story: It was much better to store the stuff for a couple of months, rather than have to re-purchase it all when I found a better location. I can see how this could happen to a family or individual as well. ES offers competitive pricing, month-to-month rentals, online reservations, payments and move outs. I found ES online; it was quick, it was easy, it was cost effective. What more do you want?
