The check-in process was quick since I am a current ExtraSpace customer. The promo rate is reasonable and if you're a senior, you get a discount. However, It would help if they explain to customers that insurance coverage is 'extra' and not required IF you currently have home insurance. If you get insurance, they charge monthly which is an added cost. But overall it was a good experience with Rex Hofelter's assistance in showing the unit. Nice guy to work with and respectful.
