I had an outstanding experience working with Richard and the other extra space employees! After winning a unit at auction, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect especially considering the size and quantity of the units contents , but Richard walked me through the entire process step-by-step with incredible patience and attention to detail. He was extraordinarily thoughtful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience completely seamless and stress-free. If you're buying an auction unit, you definitely want Richard in your corner!

UPDATE: still satisfied all of these months later. Was just there yesterday. Richard Cesena, the Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage in San Pedro, was absolutely AMAZING! He helped my partner and me navigate renting a proper-sized space. Richard was very personable by introducing himself to both of us and understanding what we needed given our situation. His impeccable customer service skills are rare these days and very much appreciated during a stressful time of moving.
