Customer Rep. Alexis was very understanding about what I have been going through with a fraudulent wire transfer to fake real estate agent who got me for a $1,690.00 security deposit/hold of a unit for myself and new born, then went ghost when wasn’t interested and wanted my deposit returned and Wells Fargo isn’t honoring the fact that I saw for units from actual real estate agents before I sent my deposit to who I thought was legitimate. Process for the storage was quick and Alexis was able to waive fees making it easier for my situation. On-site manager Anthony deserves a raise because he was also very helpful and understanding about what I needed and I was very grateful that he was able to get me an additional unit for my son’s mother’s belongings because we are going to be taking a break from each other. Anthony was getting out of the elevator and the mop bucket tip over and instead of becoming upset, Anthony gracefully started mopping and said, “well at least it will smell good and cleaned. I took the liberty of mopping up a bit and squeezing the mop water back into the bucket while Anthony went to get the caution sign. Anthony returned to me mopping and said “please don’t do that it’s fine.” I replied that I had appreciated the help and the support so I didn’t mind supporting him even though he didn’t ask. Place is well maintained and secure and I would recommend this storage facility for everyone and anyone who needs it for storage! Thank you Alexis and Anthony and Extra Space Storage, you hired good people for the job and they deserve recognition for their dedication and quick service! Very pleased with everything that I’ve received from EXTRASpaceSTORAGE!
