My wife and I met with outstanding representatives Paul, Viviana and Edward with Extra Storage Space on November 20, 2024. I had previously registered online with Extra Storage Space for a small storage room which was easy to do online. Upon visiting the impressive, initial opening of Extra Storage Space in our area, we realized that we needed to upgrade to a larger unit. I could plainly see there was some extra, administrative work with requesting an upgrade. Prior to processing this upgrade, they walked with us to view the larger storage space to ensure that it would meet our expectations. They graciously showed us around the overall location which incidentally was very impressive as to cleanliness, security coupled with the friendliness of Paul, Viviana and Edward. They have tremendous and impressive people skills in dealing with the public. They addressed all our concerns and answered all our questions. We obtained excellent rental space and sincerely feel that we met three new friends at Extra Space Storage that we can positively depend
