Ed and Rubia have been the best, they were always available to help and made it as easy as possible for me to get things in order and make my storage experience the best one possible, due to unfortunate circumstances and had to get rid of everything but they always were the best and extra space has always had the best service as well as the best employees. I appreciate you both and I hope the company knows and appreciates the great employees they have at this facility in Sylmar!!

When we called extra space, we spoke to Justin, he help me with getting a space, and told us the next steps. Upon arriving to extra space on Foothill and Vaughn St, we were greeted by Edwin. He walked us to where the space was, answered all our questions, that we had. The storage area was very clean , and smelling very nice. We didn't get this much courteous at Van Nuys.

I would like to thank extra spaces on foothill and Vaughn St. For their kind and courteous employed by the name of Edward. He respected my disability, he walked us through the unit explain the key pads the locks the doors and how they function. We did not receive any of that at the last extra space storage in panorama City. I myself and my sister which has rented the storage unit, thank you and we will be sure to keep it as we see it clean fresh and nice. thank you Edward / extra spaces for the blessing that you have restored upon us for our unit space.
