ExtraSpace is a refreshing change from trying to deal with Public Storage, where it proved impossible to talk to a real person. In contrast, at ExtraSpace real people answer the phone and staff their offices, and they’re friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Rom, who helped me reserve the right unit for my needs. The facility is clean, safe, and easy to access.

Rom was great at explaining the entire process. He showed us the units and they were very well kept. It’s awesome that he is on site overnight just in case something were to happen. He definitely was the reason we chose this storage facility!

When I first talked to Ron and it made me just get over here right away to the unit I got my unit I'm satisfied with the price he's been so generous as his assistance the place is clean it smells brand new and I feel happy with my stuff here and I feel safe I recommend people to come to the storage and I also will make sure they do thank you

I have been a customer at this storage for many years and I have always been grateful that I am in a decent unit that is safe, clean and affordable. The manager, Rom, is second to none. He tackles issues fast, the gate and elevator always work, and he is always available, morning and night, even if the office is closed. It is a nice, safe feeling knowing that Rom makes the facility extra secure and free of trouble.
