I can’t say enough good things about Rom. He is amazing! He was so kind, and talked through all of my options to make sure I was choosing the right size for what I needed. I looked at a few different locations and am so happy I decided on this one. It is clean and feels very safe. Rom could not have been nicer, or more helpful!

Rom, the manager, was supremely helpful. Even though my reservation was technically for a different location, he still helped me sort out some issues with my ID, and checked to see if I could transfer my unit to this location. He even cut open the packaging on my lock when he saw my bad wrist was giving me trouble. A+ service.
