I had trouble raising anyone on the phone to help me with some ID verification troubles the first couple times I went here. Then, when I finally got to my unit, it turned out to be locked up with someone else's stuff in it 'cause they had failed to pay their bill. However! Kristina, the manager, was really helpful when that occurred. She got me a new unit right away, no questions asked, in an area of the building that's easier to reach. The overall place gets four stars, but she gets five.

We didn't end up needing the storage. They made it super easy to cancel. They also will pro rate a month if you don't use the whole month.

Was at my unit today as a matter of fact. Facility was spotless no dirt dust or anything. Temp controlled apparently. Overall a great experience.
