This place was friendly and helpful. Hours are decent. Main downside is they increase the rates pretty often and excessively so your unit will always go up unless you pay ahead several months to a year.

This storage place is super clean and very efficient. I have used this facility for over 3 years. It is by far the best storage facility I have ever used. All the staff that I have worked with have been exceptional. Most recently I worked with Jordan. He was extremely helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Dubois St. in Santa Cruz, CA.
