Extra Space Storage made the rental transaction so easy. I thought this process was going to be a difficult one , but I was so wrong . The phone representative I spoke to initially was great and gave me the best deal available. I paid over the phone using their safety card processing service. They sent me digital documents to finalize my rental. Once I went to the storage facility in Santa Fe Springs, I was assisted by Rebecca, she is great !! Made everything so easy. She offered to give me a tour of my rental unit . I really appreciate her great customer service . They also have a mobile app for easy entry to units . Thank you Extra Space !!

I’ve had units in different locations but I was impressed with the great service Rebecca provided. She was able to fix my move in date to the day I needed it. She took her time to make sure I was able to access the gate properly with my gate code and she took me to my unit to show it to me. Great service.
