Terrible customer service paid for 24 access and phone. They didn’t give a free month as advertised and gave me an internal storage instead of an outside door one as I asked. When I tried changing the storage they said I had to wait for a worker to show up at 930am when they open. No 24 access only when they are available to open after 10pm if they aren’t there to open the door you will not be able to get in. Lady on the phone hung up on me after I asked for a refund.
