My daughter Cairi, and I just Love Extra Space, plus prior to moving were Rodrigo is were in LA for over 10 years, but this location on Sepulveda is the Best

I’ve had a storage unit at this facility for years, and appreciate the staff at the front, they have alway been friendly, accommodating and professional. They keep the building clean, which is very appreciated. They negative issues are that lately, every time I enter through the front gate, someone tailgates me inside. It also looks like people are actually living in their vehicles on the property. Recently, when I called to try to talk to someone, the automatic response just takes you in circles with all the prompts and you can never connect to a human.
