What can I say, they have stored my stuff for many, many months; and they have never increased my monthly payment. Apparently, the opposite is true with many storage places. Either they like me a lot, or they’re fair and they keep their word - the latter seems true.

Jeff at ExtraSpace Storage, 7736 Haskell Ave in Van Nuys has been amazing. We had to find a place to put our car while we were evacuated for the Los Angeles fires and Jeff was very accommodating and understanding helping us through the process. Love the access to the storage and the staff that works here. Considering they change their hours and got rid of their ev charges it’s no longer separates them from the other storage facilities. The new hours don’t work with my schedule and once I find a storage open early and closes later, I will be leaving.

Warning: This place advertises nice prices, but once you move your stuff in there and they know they've got you stuck they will probably double the price on your unit. It's fine, other than that. Just buyer beware regarding prices: They know that once you move in you won't want to move all your stuff again, so they can charge you whatever they want. Again, though: it's fine. Reasonably safe and clean. No major issues besides the one above.
