Jeff, at the Van Nuys Facility was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and well groomed. Jeff took the time to explain contractual obligations, very clearly, I may add, and gave me a tour of the facility. Demonstrated how to use passcode, how to use the lock, and open and close the storage room. He answered all my questions and definitely went above and beyond!

Very easy and detail oriented. Customer service is 10/10. Only suggestions to parent company: maps/signs of the layout units to find yours more easily. Clearer pricing for deals that are temporary (example if it only first three months at one price then it goes up that should be clear).

Jeff Is extremely knowledgeable and High standards in costumer attention. He explains all very clear and makes sure that the policy of the company is enforce for the safety of us as consumers and the company as well. I loved the location is clean and order and super safe! Highly recommend.
