I have rented at Extra Space Storage for the past year. Manager Gabriel has worked with me with rates as I paid roughly a year in advance to lock in the web rate. Upon my renewal he was able to work with me and did so kindly. I feel safe when I am there and the facility is clean and well maintained.The climate controlled space is great especially in hot SoCal days.
