1. My 10 month rental experience at Extra Space Storage was exceptional. The facility was very clean, and easily accessible. However, what absolutely made my experience outstanding was the manager, Rodrigo! He always answered the phone with a warm, relaxed voice, and was happy to be of service. Whenever I asked him for assistance, because of some disabilities with my hands, he always helped me. I am humbled by his extraordinary kindness. I am grateful to know him. His assistant, Paul, is also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone.
