This was my first time renting a storage and to be honest I was really nervous about the whole experience because moving is not an easy process, but when I met Cleber at the front desk, he made my experience extremely easy and he went over and beyond to help me. I work in Customer Service and after meeting Cleber, he is thee definition of exceptional service. I moved during a holiday and he was alone running the place, and I was so impressed by his friendly demeanor, and professionalism. Cleber gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how to navigate the property to get to my storage with ease. I'm beyond grateful for Cleber! PLEASE GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! One of thee best experiences that I r had in the Customer Service world! If you are looking for a storage - I highly recommend and suggest Cleber!

Highly recommended ?? Roxanne is a gem of a person. I parked my car for 5 months (please buy a cover for your car??) and she took the time to help me jump start it with her wonderful colleague. It was so nice seeing her when picking up my things. She offers a warm and cozy touch to the facility. Thank you Roxanne!

Extra space storage has some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Roxanne and Deserie are at the facility on Sepúlveda blvd in Sherman oaks and have been nothing but pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciated all they have done and hope to meet them at the office one day to thank them personally. Keep it up!
