Extra space storage has some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Roxanne and Deserie are at the facility on Sepúlveda blvd in Sherman oaks and have been nothing but pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciated all they have done and hope to meet them at the office one day to thank them personally. Keep it up!

Roxanne is a rockstar, she was super communicative during the process of us getting a brand new and easy to pull up storage door. She also helped us even find junk removal for some stuff that we were throwing out. Extra space is lucky to have her and I highly recommend the Sherman Oaks facility!
