The staff at extra space storage is very friendly. I found the rates to be fair, and I really value how clean the environment is.

This is our first time needing a storage unit so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was fairly easy to reserve the unit online through their website (although there was a glitch when I tried to add my husband as a secondary key holder, but as soon as I removed him, everything went through okay). We got there and the facility was very clean and the customer service was as excellent. We are happy with the unit, and there is even a flatbed to help load our storage boxes and wheel them to our unit. Update, it’s been several years of having the same 5x5 unit and we’ve decided to get a bigger unit so we can have more space in our garage at home. We called the storage facility and spoke to Drew to get new pricing on the bigger units and to find out how we can upgrade. Drew gave us a lot of information over the phone and when we arrived, Sabrina finished taking care of us and showed us the bigger units that were available. she hand selected ones that were either close to our unit or had easy access to and from the entrance. One was a few doors down from our existing unit so we chose that one and the move was super easy. Sabrina let us know prices constantly change throughout the month so we can our take time to monitor and decide when the price is good for us. Within a couple days, we saw a fair price we could afford and we upgraded to the bigger unit. Had she not taken the time to teach us how to shop smart for our unit, we may have just kept the same one we had. Even though we are paying more, we really do feel like we got a great deal and we are happy with the size & location. We appreciate Sabrina and Drew’s time and knowledge and hope the company can see how valuable they are. Excellent customer service and representatives.
