I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! The facility is always clean, extremely secure, and well maintained. I really appreciate the 24/7 security, keypad access, and indoor storage, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected from the elements. Drop-off and pick-up are also super easy and convenient. Serena has been especially awesome! She created such a welcoming and inviting environment from the start. She offered the monthly promotion without hesitation and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I also regularly see her on-site, which adds another level of reassurance knowing the facility is being looked after. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, secure, and convenient storage facility with great customer service!

This place is great for a storage company. It is very clean and well managed. Serena was very helpful, she did not try to sell me all the extra bells and whistles and provided exactly what I asked for. She even helped me set the app up on my phone before leaving. The app is how you access your storage unit quickly. Excellent customer service and the team that works here really care about this place. I would definitely recommend this storage company to anyone.
