the "manager" and the staff here are so disgustingly rude. I was in my unit cleaning out parts needed for the weekend, she comes up and starts harassing this lady that's moving into her unit that I heard over the phone that they were discussing. she felt the need to harass this lady so much that this woman was forced to say that "you have all the power here" in order to get the manager to calm down. what I experience reminded me nothing short of ICE it was a disgusting Display of Power the woman did everything within hers to try and desperate the situation and it was just horrible to witness. she was forced to leave all of her items and her animals unattended only to find out that she never needed to go down there in the first place after talking to her afterwards. SHE WAS CRYING, her animals also. if I did not have so much stuff in my unit I would leave right away. it was horrible to witness. this manager should be ashamed of herself. if anyone spoke to my wife or my daughter like that, I would have called the cops. this poor woman had her hands up she practically was on her knees, the manager didn't care it was disturbing to watch

I was sitting in my car in the parking lot getting ready to go into my storage unit when some random man with a mustache and glasses walked up and started knocking on my window. He did not identify himself, did not give me his name, and did not tell me whether he even worked there. He just started telling me that if I was going to park there, I needed to park a certain way. Who are you? If you're an employee, the normal interaction is, “Hi, I work here, sorry to bother you, but we need cars parked this way.” Instead, some unidentified man approached my car and started knocking on the window, scaring the absolute crap out of me and my animals. When I told him he had scared my animals, his response was essentially that he couldn't see into my car. Okay—then why are you knocking on the window of a car you admittedly cannot see into without even identifying yourself first? That makes the interaction more bizarre, not less. The parking lot was practically empty, I was clearly sitting inside my vehicle preparing to go into my unit, and I wasn't refusing to move my car. I simply wanted to know who the hell was approaching me and why. If there is a parking policy, that's completely fine. Tell me the policy and I'll follow it. But employees—or whoever this man was—should be trained to identify themselves before approaching customers' vehicles and knocking on their windows. Don't scare someone and their animals half to death and then act like the problem is where their car is facing in an otherwise empty parking lot.
