AVOID this place. 3 months into renting with them they raised the rate by 20%. That was $100 a month for me. This is after I was told even though they have the ight to raise rates they wouldn’t for the next year. Plus there are much better facilities around with better amenities. Buh-bye.

Overall it's a very good facility but it's way under staffed! Previous ownership management had three to four people working there but once extra space storage took it over, they now have only 1 person trying to do three people's job. The one staff person has to go all the way from a unit all the way back to the front desk. Then back to another unit and then back to the front desk. Seems to cause a lot of stress for her and also for people waiting. Great businesses want the staff to be happy so we hope that they correct that
