We moved all our belongings into our storage unit over a year ago. We moved all the way from North West Washington state. back to Sonoma County. J.B. was there to help us organize and get us into a storage unit fast and easy. He is very knowledgeable, kind and does whatever he can to help people, especially when they are in a crunch like we were. As months passed and we continued to down size on our belongings, J.B. Helped us again organize our move from a large unit into a smaller unit and he helped us update our payment schedule and transfer all our info over to the new unit. Whenever he was there either over the phone or in office to help, I always felt confident and calm knowing that if we had a problem. Most likely J.B. Could find a solution. Thank you again for all your help rain or shine! This has been one of the best storage experiences we’ve ever had, and that’s saying something coming from someone who has lived in multiple states on the West coast.

Two words- dynamic pricing. Our monthly fee went from 209 to 220 after extra space took over last June. Then they switched to dynamic pricing. In 2025 our monthly fee spiked twice. In April 2026 our monthly fee went from 220 to 320. How can anyone budget for a monthly increase of 45%! We moved to a different storage facility 10 minutes away for half the price. No dynamic pricing. Buyer beware.

JB is absolutely terrific. He is responsive, helpful and available nice guy. I feel like our storage unit is being managed very well with JB as the manager. Make sure you take good care of him Extra Storage. We are very happy with the space and security of the property. CBK
