I was able to start the process online. When I went to the office Juan was super helpful. The unit I got was clean and exactly what I needed. Thanks That's was my first experience. I vacated the storage and two days later I was kicked out of my housing. I called to get the unit back 2 days later and Roni was happy to rent the unit to me at full price and charge me the admin. fee again. Would not give me the same rate as before and even if I agreed to the admin fee. I even vacated the unit before my 30 days was up and returned the lock so someone else could use it. I had to rent the unit because I was in a huge bind and needing something asap. But my experience the second time with Roni at the facility is not good!!!!!!!
