We are located at the base of the 11th st bridge, right off MacArthur. We are located right in front of the old Heinz tomato plant. We are also just down the road from Tracy High School. Note- there are two Extra Space stores across from each other on 11th st. We are the one that looks like a lighthouse. You can take I-5 to 205 west towards San Francisco. Take 205 to MacArthur Dr. exit, turn left/south onto MacArthur Dr. Take MacArthur Dr. approx. 2 miles to 11th St., turn right/west onto 11th St. Take 1st Driveway on the right.
Directions from the South

Finding a place to keep your belongings can be stressful, but the team here made the entire process seamless and worry-free. The facility itself is incredibly clean, well-lit, and feels very secure, which was my top priority. However, what really sets this location apart is the management. They are professional, approachable, and genuinely care about their customers. They took the time to help me find the perfect unit size for my needs without trying to upsell me on space I didn't need. Shout out to Torian for great management! ????
