Note- there are two Extra Space stores across from each other on 11th st. We are the one that looks like a lighthouse. You can take I-5 to 205 west towards San Francisco. Take 205 to MacArthur Dr. exit, turn left/south onto MacArthur Dr. Take MacArthur Dr. approx. 2 miles to 11th St., turn right/west onto 11th St. Take 1st Driveway on the right.

This place is fantastic! The best customer service I've ever gotten. I've worked with Mary (and Galen) for many years and they are always very helpful very patient. Just yesterday, I was moving my stuff to a new unit. And on a Sunday, Mary's day off, we had a problem with the size of our unit, which was my fault ...I got a unit too small. Mary came in on her day off, drove us around to show us different units, and got us set up with a larger unit. All on her day off. Fantastic lady! And very patient. You'd never know by the way she was with us, that this was her day off. She took all the time in the world to help us find what we needed. This day could have been a bust, and could have been a nightmare, and Mary just fixed it so easily and flawless for us that it turned out to be wonderful day. If you need a storage space, this is the only place you want to come to. These people are wonderful! ??

Service/ property managers and staff are all wonderful. But I Strongly dislike the rate changes at will. Start a unit at 100 per month Within months it'll double.
