I have used storage units for many years all over LA and the customer service at this location is unmatched. Marie was so helpful when I had to make some modifications to my reservations. The space is so polished and clean. Parking is also a breeze so it's very easy to get in and out.

The facility is new and polished looking, very well designed, with a sense of spaciousness, too, far beyond what most storage facilities look and feel like. And Jeff, the manager, is as good as they come. He was so friendly to us, took so much time with us, explaining how things work, offering advantageous tips. He's so personable, he clearly likes what he does, and he's an excellent brand ambassador for ESS. He made us feel glad we chose that facility. *Adding to my original review, I want to mention that a few weeks later we were working in our unit when we ran into a problem closing our gate. I went down to the office and told Anthony, who came right up with. He was very friendly and solved the problem right away. Definitely the best service all around I've encountered at multiple self-storage facilities. *To add still another expression of appreciation, I had a billing issue that was distressing me. I called and reached Marie on the phone. She was just so friendly and sympathetic. She looked into what she could to correct the situation and resolved it quickly, with good humor and care. It's been consistent now that every time I encounter the staff at this facility, they're helpful and treat me well.
