The manager Jeff walked me through the check in process for my new storage unit. The facility is very clean and many security measures are in place to assure no one is venturing onto floors that they are not renting on. There is secured gated loading and unloading into the building and hand trucks to use as well!

Wow what a wonderful experience! The space is clean, well lit, and has a bathroom inside that was also spotless. But most importantly, Anthony, who got us checked in and sorted, was outstanding! So friendly, helpful, explained everything in detail, and got us taken care of. Thanks again, Anthony!

The facility is new and polished looking, very well designed, with a sense of spaciousness, too, far beyond what most storage facilities look and feel like. And Jeff, the manager, is as good as they come. He was so friendly to us, took so much time with us, explaining how things work, offering advantageous tips. He's so personable, he clearly likes what he does, and he's an excellent brand ambassador for ESS. He made us feel glad we chose that facility.
