I've been with this storage since before Extra Space took over and it was still Victor Valley Storage. Sergio made the process of switching over as painless as possible. He has always taken care of me and gone the extra mile. Even coming late at night once when the code for my climate controlled storages wasn't working and he had to manually let me in. He came and did all of it even though he was off for the day and had the rest of the weekend off. I felt bad but really needed to get in for something important. He got there quickly and stayed after to fix the problem to make sure people wouldn't continue to have the problem while he wouldn't be there. Taking that extra time instead of blowing it off until he was working again is what makes him a great manager. He cares about the service he provides and the happiness of his customers. He explains everything in detail when you have questions and is very patient. It's been a pleasure doing business with him and I appreciate everything he does.
