I felt totally relaxed after my visit, I actually drifted off at one point which is rare for me. The massage therapist really knew what they were doing and focused on the knots in my shoulders that have been buggin me for weeks. I loved the calming music and the warm towels, like small details that just make a huge differrence. The only thing I would change is the lighting in the waiting area, it felt a little too harsh coming out of that peaceful room. Overall defintely worth the drive out if you need to unwind.
