I just moved out of 2 units at the Melrose Dr Extra Space Storage as it was time to move to a new home. The facility was great, very clean and reasonably priced. The super helpful staff always responded to my questions quickly. Angie was especially great, assisting me multiple times during the move out. Thank you Angie and Extra Space!

Hey, I’ve used ESS a few times in the last 7 years and have had a great experience. Clean all different sizes for your needs. The Manager Sandy at the N Melrose Dr, Vista is professional efficient and very pleasant. The Bonus for this year is they lowered their prices. This is so helpful when we are all having hardships and difficulty’s with the economy. We all have a story, so it’s good that Big companies are listening and accommodating. Thank You

I forgot my gate code and where my storage unit was located. Angie so kindly helped me with both. Then she noticed that I did not have the senior discount on my account, and that I was paying too much for a 10 x 10 unit, so she put in a notice for me! Angie gave me the best customer service ever!
