The units are nicely kept, I feel safe going to my unit even at night if I needed to grab something quickly. The two star rating is because they will raise your rate over double after 4 months. According to my conversation with corporate, essentially the rates will never go down. I called and after some back and forth was able to negotiate a more reasonable rate increase. After receiving a second rate increase notice a few months later my husband and I decided that we are going to find a different storage facility. It's too bad because like I said, they have a nice facility but dealing with these rate increases is not a very customer friendly practice. At least we get to keep the lock and key.

This is a great storage space and the office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Strawberry Queen really helped me out and advised on unit size and made the whole process very helpful.
