I tried so many storage places for my trailer and had either bad reception or couldnt fit my trailer Finally called and spoke to Luis and was not just got business taken care off but he was polite enough to show us to the space and helped us move the trailer on and unhitch it. This was extremely helpful to us women and made the experience easy. I really appreciate his kindness and helpfulness and fantastic support. Best customer service i have ever received!

Very easy to contact, amazing customer service, and efficient process to rent a storage unit. The manager was very friendly and helped me walk through the steps and helped me find a good storage unit spot. The storage unit is neat and nicely put together and secured.

I had a fantastic experience at this Extra Space Storage location. I’ve been a customer here for a long time—I was here when it was CubeSmart—and these managers are a major improvement. Monica was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to show me four different units so I could compare the sizes in person. She even walked me through how to use the new locking system, which was a huge help. Luis assisted me the next day with a billing update, making sure I received the most competitive online rate available. Their professionalism and willingness to help made the entire process stress-free—highly recommend!

I was dealing with a fairly unusual situation where the lease ownership needed to be transferred while I was out of the country.
