I've been a customer (unit C309) since June 2016. Every employee I've met over the years was very helpful. Even during covid, they were gracious to reduce my rent for several months. I finally moved out this weekend. I was quite surprised that I didn't find any evidence of unwanted, furry creatures. Not one insect scurrying away. The facility has maintained a clean environment over the years. The only thing I miss over the years was the music and fan they provided. Not sure what year they stopped. ?? Overall, I highly recommend this location.

Annie was absolutely incredible. I also met Shawn at the other location and he was beyond Amazing too! We needed different accommodations and Shawn sent us to Annie. WOW! Both locations had impeccable customer service. Great going folks, you made this an excellent experience
