My overall experience has been fantastic from start to finish. I've had a host of life changes and have had several units that I have shuffles back and forth and Myra in the front office has gone above and beyond to help me with a litany of things that have transpired. She's vacates units for me on the day of and has gotten me great rates on units that I was able to get into that very day. I'm so grateful for Myra and all she has done to assist me in the last year or so. Great place to store your stuff and a great staff to assist you in doing so

Here to do another review in 2024. I love this place. They went out the way to get me a good deal on a storage unit while I travel out of town on work assignment. The manager was Ashley not too long ago but this location is currently managed by Nora. This location has always been managed by good people like Natalia, Ashley now Nora. Nora was so Wonderful!! Recently, there was increase in the rate of leasing my storage unit by $40. That increase still makes an impact on my budget as everything else is inflated. Nora has graciously negotiated to bring down my price hike. What a way to treat and serve her customers. Extra Space was Life Storage when I first leased with them in 2022. I find Extra Space Storage Unit even refreshing when it comes to taking care of loyal customers or lease tenants. Most customers are long term. They use their facilities for years. And just good down to earth folks here like Nora, Danielle. Give these ladies a chance to work with you in finding a secure and safe storage unit. The place is safe and clean and just very hospitable. They take the time to greet you too. Praise the Lord!! For this place!! In 2023, I’m here again doing a review a year after. As I moved out of current storage to a more cost effective one, the same size, and my stuff is safely inside the gate. This time Natalia & Arthur were no longer there but we have Ashley and Nora. Ashley is the manager and Nora is one of the representatives who represented the company well. She is very kind, professional, and great spirit. Very friendly and empathetic to customers who are in a tight budget. You’re in good hands at Life Storage as long as they support the customers and the professional staff. Thank you Nora again for making my transfer smooth and efficient. ?? Thanks Extra Space Storage, 1022 Gibson, Woodland.
