My entire renting experience was enabled by a truly great employee at the desk when I walked in. Danielle was awesome, she helped at every level, she showed patience with me as I rented two large spaces. All questions were answered immediately and the process was smooth and easy with her help. I was impressed with the quality of help and with the 2 units I rented. A good experience.

Pros: Facility is conveniently located, accessible, and safe. Office manager is professional, courteous, polite, and personable. Cons: being close to an open field, there are mice and a lot of beetles and spiders that get into the storage facilities; the rate increased 30% each year Overall, we would give it 3 1/2 stars
