The most outstanding customer service! From every angle! Literally every single person I’ve spoken with has been just amazing! I needed a bigger unit right before closing, as I found out the hard way I rented too small of a unit, I called customer service and they were amazing!! They took care of everything and got me exactly what I needed, with no run around, no hassle, just what I needed. I spoke with Laurie, and lemme tell ya, she went out of her way in every way possible, and she literally took weight off my shoulders. She actually found a rsvp I had somehow made on accident, for an upcoming 4 month rental that was selected to be paid in full in just a few days, which would’ve destroyed my budget. She caught it and saved me!! Thank you again Laurie! The next day I received a follow up phone call from Jill, the store manager, to check on me! That’s unheard of these days, to make sure my experience was a good one. She too was just as amazing to speak with. She checked on my account and made sure everything was correct. She made sure I was happy with everything, and made sure I didn’t have any issues. I swear, this is the BEST customer service I’ve received in….I can’t even remember when. Thank you again Laurie, Jill and the entire emergency customer service team, absolute hero’s! Make sure you get the App!
