We had a fantastic experience with this location. They helped us to find a great unit at an affordable price. We never felt that we or our things weren’t safe (I’ve had some bad experiences with other storage companies in Denver. One I couldn’t visit after dark because it was so dangerous and one unit was broken into and I lost a lot of items), and Janae was SUPER helpful with us navigating our move out process. She went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I called my storage site to ask questions concerning my unit. The call was transferred to another store sheet Janae answered the call. She was able to pull up my unit and information and help me with all my questions! I had a better understanding before getting off the phone. Janae was knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I understood and asked if there was anything else she might be able to help me with before I hung up. I was grateful to have been transferred to her!

It took a minute to get the lay of the land, but once I did, it was super easy! Clean facility. Jenae is great! Siri can even open the gate for me! Wow! Terrific place! Good people!
