We are in the middle of a move and needed some storage. My in-store and phone experience with this place has been great so far. Brittany helped me get checked into my first unit and was courteous and helpful. Later, I needed another unit and was having trouble with the online system. I again spoke to Brittany and she actually helped me make use of an in-store deal going on that saved me BUCKETS of money. Would use this place again, for sure.
