Reviewing customer service (not website usability since I am still unable to create an account even after tech support was notified) of staff member, Yan (pronounced "yawn"). Yan is helpful and patient, knowledgeable and efficient. ????? UPDATE: My rates are constantly being raised. When I got the unit, it was around $85/month. Now, for my loyalty, my rate is $247. I think it has been 3-4 years. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! ?
