Absolutely the BEST! Aaron is the man you want to do business with. Every company should have an Aaron on staff. He keeps an amazing balance of no nonsense and kind professionalism. The man deserves a large bonus for the shenanigans I've witnessed him handle with grace and calm. If you're needing storage and want a place that's safe and well overseen, this is a good option to consider.

Was supposed to do this review about 2 days ago, so any ways here it goes. The store manager Aaron Craig is beyond a heaven sent! I rented online and when I came into the facility I couldn't understand where my unit was at and how to put the lock on. I went into the office and explained my problems to Aaron and he was quick to jump on his feet and to the rescue. He showed me exactly where my unit was located and gave me advice on the best spots to park near my unit. He also showed me where they keep their carts and how to put my lock on! Thank you extra Space for having such a amazing employee!! But most of all thank you Aaron Craig for being beyond the best you can be at your job!

I rented a storage space and got a phenomenal service. He is very professional, reliable, and impressive. Highly recommend for anyone.

Would be much better if it was 24 hours again. The manager (Aaron) is always amazing and is extremely helpful any time you ever need anything. The security that is outsourced are terrible. All they do (I really shouldn't fault the entire company because it's actually only one oopma loompa that thinks the gun on his vest made him grow a couple feet) is harass people that are just there legitimately loading or unloading and then trying to arrange their belongings. He was walking around at 8 o clock one night reminding people that he was there when there was still two hours until the gate closed. If it were to go back to 24 hours again I would give it a 5 star rating. I can guarantee nobody would be breaking into anything while I'm there any time of the day and while I wouldn't be there every night I am positive nobody with a unit there would sit back and watch a unit get burglarized either.
