Geraldine was super sweet and super helpful! I came in late in the evening and she went out of her way to make sure I could get my unit before the night was over instead of having to wait till the next day!

When I signed up for my storage unit, I was given a rate of $120 a month. After 3 months of storage, the rate jumped up to $220 without notice (they say they mailed me a 30 day notice but I never got it, and why would they mail me a notice when all of our other communications have been via email?). They’re basically running a scam in which they get you to sign up for a rate that feels fair, let that price sit for a few months and then they suddenly jack up the rate by 80%. I’m moving my property out of here promptly.
