Over many years of using different storage facilities from different companies, I can honestly say this has been the best experience. The new Manager, Jeremy, is polite, professional and very customer focused. This property is always clean, well lit and very easy to use. I ONLY WISH THE PRICES WERE LOWER!!!!

I have been renting here for quite a few years, having to shuffle things around a few times & the staff here is always so polite & helpful. Peter especially is so friendly & kind. My daughter was restless this morning & he taught her to make an origami box which helped to calm her.

We had a great experience first renting a small 5x5 unit 4 months ago, then switching to a 5x10 for the next year! Great prices. Clean spaces. But the best was Peter, the kind, helpful employee who made our decisions and transition seamless! Thank you!!!

I had been looking for a temporary storage unit closer to my new home that was clean and fairly priced so I checked out Extra Space Storage online. The process to sign up for a space was super easy. I did have a couple of questions, so I called the office directly. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle, the store manager. She was super helpful and willing to answer my questions - even when I called back a second time to ask the one question I had forgotten. When I got there, I stopped in the office and Michelle gave me a nice welcoming and clear directions to my unit; I was on my way! The unit was very clean, as were the hallways of the facility. I was happy to see that! It's a very clean, well lit space - nothing dingy or sketchy about it. I returned the tater tot lock to Michelle since I already had my own and she explained that if I needed anything else, to stop back in or give a call. Super friendly and easy to work with! If you're unsure or have any lingering questions, give her a call! She will help you out. :) Glad I chose this Extra Space Storage!
