Broomfield Self Storage at 4103 Industrial Ln

I stored my belongings at this location for 2 years until I moved from a furnished apartment into my current home. The facility is new, clean and easy to access. I rented a space on the second floor but due to the covered loading dock and carts they provide that was never an issue. I was very happy with the facility and management.

Staff is extremely helpful, and pricing is far better than Public Storage!

Daniel was extremely helpful in getting me just the right unit! After arriving from out of state, I realized I had rented a unit that wouldn’t work for me due to the size of my vehicle. Daniel didn’t skip a beat and was on the phone to other locations seeing if he could find a solution! Ultimately we found another unit that would work for my belongings and he had me set up in minutes. I used Extra Space on the East Coast as well. Very professional, great prices and exceptional customer service!

I have experienced a hardship lately and had a need to call to get a few things squared away. I am so happy that Daniel Loya at the Industrial Lane location picked up. He went above and beyond. The level of professionalism I must say was so different than some of the other unfortunate experiences I have had with representatives that work for Extra Space. Daniel Loya is honestly one of the best customer support specialist I have dealt with. If there was an option that could be made available to me as a customer he disclosed. Instead of my storage building going to auction (due to a missed card input by a previous rep - not Daniel) my account is now current! Young man, you deserve a raise. Keep being great. Also, thank you for offering to call the rep who helped me at the 4861 W 120th location as he was very rude and when I asked for help he said I had called the wrong location and when I told him I had dealt with someone previously, he said “that’s between you and that person” - it’s tough to be treated bad when all you are trying to do is be honest and save your storage from going to auction! THANK YOU DANIEL LOYA! YOU ARE WHAT THE PEOPLE NEED. - hang on to this guy extra space. He is a good one. Existing and future customers - if you want a guaranteed positive experience - call and ask for Daniel Loya at the Industrial Lane location.

Michelle is AMAZING! I was out riding my bike with my dogs, when I realized I had gone too far! It was too hot and I was out of water. Michelle invited me in to cool down, gave me and my dogs water and helped me get home safely! She has a heart of gold, words cannot express my gratitude!

Have continued renting a unit here, as experience has been great. Michelle is very responsive and helpful. Fantastic experience. Facility is new, extremely clean, well lit and expertly maintained. Security features are excellent. From reserving the space to move in, the entire process was fast, easy and efficient. Manager, Erik, is wonderful. Personable, professional and very helpful. The Broomfield, Co Extra Spsce Storage facility is impeccable. They are extremely accommodating regarding their hours of operation and the ease at which you can access their storage units. Not to mention, they have carts available to help you shuttle your items to your unit. It made it a breeze to unload an entire truckload of household goods. You'll also have peace of mind knowing your family heirlooms are safe and secure.
