Everyone on-phone and in-person were extremely kind & helpful...whereas some other storage options we looked at, it sounded like they felt they were "doing us a favor" in simply giving us pricing options. Michelle helped us in-person & showed us the unit, answered some questions we had, and got everything filled out. We felt very welcome & really liked the facilities as well. Having an elevator is very nice!!
