I’ve had a very bad experience with this company. They never have anyone available to help when you need assistance. Every time you call, no one is in the office. The woman who answers the phone is always busy, doesn’t respond, or says she’ll call back but never does. I’ve tried several times to make a payment and couldn’t because they are never reliable or available. Now they’ve sent me to collections for $108, which is not fair since I made multiple attempts to pay. Very disappointing service.
