**Warning to all new tenants** Go in knowing that the initial rental price may not be remotely representative of what you'll be paying after you've moved in. While I appreciate the assistance with "reducing" my rental increase from 74% down to only a 36%, increase, over the course of 6 months this is my second rental increase which has now doubled my rent from the time I first signed up less than a year ago. I guess with this pace over the course of the next year it will double again and I will be paying quadruple my original rent. I know the response to this will be "in your contract this states this is normal and talk to your site manager" and I hope whoever is writing that realizes it is extraordinarily difficult times with gas and groceries being extremely expensive, you guys are really making it difficult on people by doing this. From my experience, the pricing structure feels predatory. It feels like the advertised price is used to get people in the door, and then once you're already living there, the price can be dramatically increased because moving isn't necessarily an easy or inexpensive option. What's particularly frustrating is that the rate currently displayed on their website is nearly $60 less than what I am being charged, and it isn't advertised as a special promotional rate.
