Was easy to be able to make a reservation! I believe I worked with Kayla and she was able to explain everything and walk me through to be able to make the reservation for a year which is what I wanted. The only place I have found that was willing to do it. Would recommend!

Kayla is awesome. Kayla is the assistant manager at the facility at 120th Street in Broomfield. I arrived there very flustered and frustrated and a little confused. Her manner is so intelligent and calming and informative she really changed my mood and my feeling about your facility. You are very lucky to have such a talented person on staff. I was very frustrated with the quality of service I had been receiving from others I had interacted with that day. Kayla fixed everything and turned my day around. Thank you Kayla!

In the 1+ years that I have been renting from this facility, I have had to contact them twice and I have been helped by Kayla on both occasions. On both occasions, she has delivered top tier quality service, not just by helping me feel better about my experience, but genuinely taking the time to understand and connect with me, and doing her utmost to develop practical solutions with me. The facility is great, it’s clean, well lit, and well maintained. The service that I have experienced though has been what truly sets it apart.
