DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I had an indoor unit and upon returning there were mice, nests and feces throughout my unit. I talked to the management and they said they were aware of the infestation but since they did not have any other available units decided not to tell customers. There was feces all the way down to the bottom of my boxes. I am having to throw away all of my clothes, dishes, personal items etc b/c it is not safe. I was shocked and heartbroken.

Years of being a customer here, the one time we decided to update our home & put everything in our storage unit (inside unit) , it gets broken into with a crowbar and our whole life just stolen, around 40 boxes just gone & no one saw a thing because they’re cameras don’t work. Completely devastated & no one is trying to help etc. Filed reports etc. Just want our stuff back. “I’m sorry, here’s a free padlock” is all we got. 10 years at $300 a month.
