My unit was broken into not once, but twice. Not only did they fail to secure the unit that I rented from them while deployed overseas, but they refused to refund my storage fees after their negligence resulted in over $10k worth of items stolen. Magically there is no camera footage of thieves opening the front door of my unit, which leads me to believe it was probably an inside job. Incredibly unprofessional, the district manager couldn’t even call me directly, she had one of her assistant district managers do it for her.

Total rip off how are they going to go from $64 to $124 without notice they doubled in price???!!! What!! are you crazy!! I would have never known if I didn't check my bank account for something else never again, yeah iam moving my stuff out very unprofessional
