Ron has been such a blessing! I recently moved into my unit at Extra Space Storage due to a negative experience with my previous rental company. Needless to say I was walking on egg shells when I moved in and Ron quickly eased my anxiety just by being friendly and showing a willingness to help. I know that sounds like basic job credentials but unfortunately, not all people see things that way. Even though this move was stressful it’s obviously for the better and I can rest assured that as long as rent is paid and I abide by the terms of my rental agreement that I won’t have to worry about anything else going further. Thank you Ron for taking the time to make sure we were happy with our unit and just being friendly! If you only knew the peace of mind that you bring. I’d give you 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

The Property managers. Is so kind and very accommodating he answered all of our question .he was so polite and gave us all the time we needed to ask questions. We really appreciate his kindness and being so accommodating. Erin made us feel very comfortable . At that point we knew we made the right decision to rent from your place .
