It seems like this facility has a price increase every two months when you ask for an explanation of why there is not one given by the front desk they have no information for you. This facility is located in a bad area. The units have not been upgraded since my grandfather had the storage for 40+ years what is the increase for when there’s nothing more to offer for your unit your stuff is not protected. It’s not winterized weather protected. I want an explanation of why we get a price increase every 2 to 3 months
