I have not had trouble with one extra space storage facility but now I've had problems with two. This one and the one I had problems with before. They put your stuff up for auction quick! Don't be late with extra space or have life be lifeing cause they care less and then you end up with a 200 late fee! They call it a lean fee cause they've already sent off to own your property at day 36. Smdh people aren't human anymore. Update: I don't think they actually even do auctions... They just clean out your unit themselves and do whatever they want with your stuff
