I am an auction winner for this facility. I met Adam, the other day and his kindness blessed me. He was a cool dude and I hope I see him again cause u like many others, he called me back soon after leaving a message. He was polite and knowledgeable as he answered my questions. I was very pleased with how clean the facility was. Especially the hallways. I cleaned up nicely for myself and made sure I left everything even better than I found it. It was all a smooth process and he had all the paper work ready to go for me when I was there and didn’t waste any of my time. He didn’t lose my deposit or nothing sketchy and I appreciate that as well. Right on, Adam!! Keep workin’ it buddy :)

The indoor facilities are climate controlled, but much colder than my previous storage units, between 50° and 60°. I have two storage units here and one door is misaligned and requires pliers to open and close the latch. It is convenient and I would say fairly clean, though there was a thin layer of dust on everything.
