Customer service is awesome. It was so easy to move all my stuff in. They have carts that you can use to help move your stuff in. Which made it SO much easier and faster to move everything. Thank you so much for making it so easy. I will recommend Extra Space Storage to everyone. This place is so awesome.

We are really happy with our storage unit and the process we went thru to acquire it! Chelsea was wonderful on the phone amd in person, she was amazing!! Treated us so nice, and helped us figure out where our unit was. She is what sold us on this company. There are many out there, but to know you can talk to a real person, when you need to, AND one who genuinely wants to help you however she can, means a lot!

Hands down the most pleasant storage renting experience I’ve had in ages. Chelsea made the process incredibly swift & easy and best of all the place is friggin clean and the rates are aggressively low because it’s brand new. This isn’t one of those places where it feels like your precious possessions will be overrun by and carried off by rats as soon as you leave or worse infested with bugs...do yourself a favor and rent here.

Chelsea is super nice and my grandson loved her, she explained everything so well that I did not have any questions at all. I’ve never had to rent a storage but I felt very comfortable with her.The property was very clean also.

Any brand new space can have nice clean floors. There were some technical issues, like door keypads not working after hours. (They have redundancy which saved my night.) The best part of my whole experience was the on-site customer service provided by Chelsea. She has a great attitude for customer service. If your staff in Florida is as good as she is, I would consider moving my stuff.

Even though I had an issue, Extra Space took care of me on a Sunday when the office is usually closed. I completed my rental online, which was super easy. Received my gate code and everything. Unfortunately due to tech issues my code didn't work for the building door. I called the number and received a phone call soon after and they were able to get us taken care of. I was a bit upset by the inconvenience, but they came up with a solution on a Sunday evening which completely alleviated the initial experience of maybe not being able to get my stuff into storage. The next day I went into the office and was greeted by the manager who had already been made aware of the situation which I found to be great customer service! She was great, the storage facility itself is brand new and in great condition, and clean! I will continue to recommend Extra Space to everyone.
