Was nice when I first rented the bathrooms have never been cleaned since I rented and no toilet paper or hand towels so to add to my review I was approached by the property manager on2-6-25 and was told to pick up my trash and I told him show me the cameras on my trash and he would not I brought an empty enclosed trailer so was not my trash then we got into a heated argument about him telling me that I'm the one that left a dirty bathroom review and he was mad about that so I asked him for the district manager number and he said that he does not give out that number it's just him harassing me but the facility is nice just not the manager he now has a personal vendata against me.

The check-in process went smoothly with Frankie at your Canada Road location off Peterson and Constitution in Colorado Springs. The cart situation, however, is a mess. After going to the facility four times in the last week, a cart could not be found. With a brand new facility, couldn't you add six or eight more carts? There are so many units in here and you need to ask tenants to return the carts to the entrances. I ran into several other tenants and they were claiming the same frustrations. One tenant said she thinks other tenants lock carts into their units, which is selfish! Otherwise I would give you five stars!
