I was really impressed with this facility. I only needed the unit for a couple weeks but I just appreciated mostly how helpful the manager was to guide me to what I needed and the best value for it. She helped me a lot and was really enjoyable when I arrived and waited in her lobby for my uber since I was leaving my vehicle in the storage unit. I’d use this facility again in a heartbeat

Update May 2026. Once again Rhea exceeds all expectations and made our rental experience seem less. We will need to make additional rentals this year and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. 100% recommended. (Previous post follows) Rhea is an excellent manager at the site. Everything went smoothly with my rental because Rhea put the extra effort in to make sure the transaction went through smoothly and as expected. Excellent Customer service I will definitely use this location again because Rhea makes this so easy and transparent. Couldn’t ask for better service. Update December 2025. Same great service at this location and now with the app allowing you to access the gate without having to leeeeeeaaaaan all the way out the car window it’s even better ??
