When I went to open my account, we ran into challenges, but Caralee was amazing and was very attentive and provided amazing customer service. She went out of her way to make sure we wouldn't run into other issues and I was able to get my storage that day. The facility itself is relatively clean... there are a few customers who leave their trash from time to time, but I feel like that happens at most storage facilities of this size. So far I'm happy with decision to store here.
