The ExtraSpace storage location on Tower Road in Denver is run in a very exceptional manner by September and other staff. September in particular is one of the best customer service agents I have ever encountered in any business I have dealt with through my 65 years. She is very friendly, explains everything thoroughly when setting up your unit, and is readily available for any questions or concerns. The facility itself is clean and very easy to use, with bluetooth security at each entrance door. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with my rental experience at this location.
